Mount Hood Dawn

The nights lengthen, the dawn comes later and later.

My ride to work evolves in concert with the light.

Mount Hood was fully illuminated while I remained in the early morning twilight.

The lighting seemed to create a telephoto lens effect.

Mount Hood dominated my windshield.

Definitely worth a snapshot through the glass.

Heck, I was barely watching the road anyway the mountain was so mesmerizing.

Felt as though I was on the road to Shangri La.
