The Wizard of Balwearie

'The Wizard of Balwearie' is a local legend that has come to more prominence since the rise in popularity of the 'Harry Potter' stories.

A few years back, a local woodland walk was renamed and signposted as 'The Wizard Walk' and this carving was installed just off the main path.
