Surreal

Hospital waiting room...
Waiting to find out how Mother Comfort is doing...
Looking out the window at the wonderful little garden and fountain, all lit up at night, talking with my sister on the phone...it's after midnight and I understand that's what sisters are for (love you, sis!)

The apparent 'bubble' is the reflection of my camera on the window, and it fits right in with the surreal way the night felt. Please read yesterday's blip for the rest of the story if you're interested. Thanks all...hugs

**Late edit** Mother Comfort, (on the right),, was sitting up in bed in the intensive care unit today, telling yarn after yarn, smiling and chirping along about this and that. Clear memory about the events of last week and, although there was some heart damage, she assures us she heals quickly. Something she said a long time ago comes to mind, "you can get over anything if you live long enough". The hospital staff has been wonderful! Kudos to Bay Area Hospital E.R. and I.C.U. staff, you've been fabulous! (it seems there was a bit of confusion from what I wrote. The hospital was grand, the rehabilitation facility, while probably wonderful at rehabilitation, their intake process was very disconnected and non-welcoming)
