Inside looking out

Advent calendar day 4. The idea of an advent calendar, as you know, is to count down the days until Xmas from the beginning of December, with a sweet or other treat hidden behind a door. These treats are just as anxious to get out as the owner of the calendar is to let them out.
How often do parents or grandparents say, " It is such shame that the kids have to grow up. Why can't they remain small forever?"
HA! I have solved that problem, I have locked my 3, sweet grand-daughters in a seasonal snow globe, forever. So they will forever remain inside looking out.
