Big day

With my husband out of town and school closed, the boys and I decided to take a trip with some friends. The day was filled with friends and fun. There was a yummy Mediterranean lunch, a giant toy store, pizza and games at Chucky Cheese and the biggest fun of all: riding bikes.

My youngest has been trying to ride for a few weeks, but he just wasn't there yet. I took his bike and figured I'd remove the pedals again if he had trouble. But he hopped right on and within minutes was zooming on his way. I chased after him for a long time but finally realized that he was doing fantastic. I'm so proud of my little guy for such a big milestone.

After a really long and late drive home, we hit the sheets in a hurry.
