Letters to Santa

I had a novel idea to make some inexpensive ornaments. Turns out my inexpensive idea was a little pricey. Whoops. The boy's will enjoy making their very own Star Wars ornaments though.

Hubby and I have spent the entire weekend working on our new staircase. While remodeling upstairs, he realized by moving our staircase, we'd be able to have a lot more room upstairs and maybe even a small half-bath. Two toilets instead of one is a great improvement with 4 people in the house.

While out shopping for our "cheap" project, we stopped by Macy's to write letters to Santa. They weren't too keen on giving up their masterpieces to the big, red mailbox. I was really impressed with their efforts in writing. This would be the first year they both wrote their own notes to Santa. Growing boys.
