Skip's Blips

Deer population explosion

The deer community in our neighborhood park is growing by leaps and bounds (pun sort of intended here). Last Tuesday, I snapped a doe and her young one, then on Friday I blipped a newborn fawn. Today, on the same path, I saw two does, each with twins that were large enough to leap around and play, but still young enough to have their spots. You can see them here. I was hoping to blip an indigo bunting today when I saw it flitting from tree to bush to tree, but it wouldn't stop long enough for a photo op. Then this downy woodpecker made himself heard, and that's the blip I got. All in all, it has been a productive week blipwise. Hope you are having one too.
