El Camino

'England expects that every man will do his duty'

Before heading back this morning, we went to Cape Trafalgar. It's one of the nearest beaches to Vejer and of course famous as the place where Nelson had a good day against the French and Spanish.
Needless to say, there is no mention of the 1805 Battle on the Spanish visitor information boards :-)

The coastline here is beautiful, and the Cape, punctuated by its 19th century lighthouse, has a unique geology, which I thought made an interesting shot.

However it does look like the lighthouse is about to topple over!

The mountains behind are covered in dense pine forests - it's a lovely spot.
