Safety Razor ?

Tonight's blip is somewhat inspired by the one I did of Martyn's shave at the Barbers a few days ago.

I recently bought this new safety razor, a badger hair shaving brush and associated sundries including something to stop my face from bleeding after an enthusiastic shave.

I had forgotten what it was like to shave with one of these after years of being spoiled by using Gillettes 5 bladed wonder shaver or what ever it was called. It's extremely close and my face is as smooth as a babies bum !!

All I need now is for some kind soul to buy me some Aramis or one of those other musky Gents aftershave !!

For the techies, it's a five image HDR tweaked a wee bit in LR3.
