Three pairs of shoes is one to many!

Yes that is my opinion, this is a new pair of shoes to replace my now seriously deteriorated walking, hiking... all purpose boots.

Why is there a need to own a million pairs of shoes my theory one pair for work one pair for everything else. A few months ago I 'gave in' and purchased a super causal set of sneaker/gym shoes for the outrageous cost of $10...I must admit its been good to have them so three pairs (work, outdoor & street) shoes is working. I do have a pair of sandals for beach, kayak, small walks, shopping etc.... so is that 4 pairs? Ohhhh my I'm becoming so 'consumer society'.
