Back blipped

This morning we headed south to Lake Wanaka to see our son, fiance and their two wee boys. As we went drove through the Waitaki Valley the weather cleared to a magnificent day. The wild flowers through the Lindus Pass were nothing short of magnificent.....lupins at their most beautiful, the white & yellow daisies complimented them. Just one stop and some quick pictures which I have chosen for my blip.

We all went out for lunch, sitting outside and enjoyed the sunshine *sigh*

The lake looked like a mirror, a decision was made to go boating.....another *sigh*

A wonderful day, finished by reading stories to the grandies.....bliss
