Letter-

Writing is such a great habit, endangered by the ease of email and the temptation to tweet. Once I've finished writing school reports - each one essentially a letter to parents - I look forward to scribbling some sentences about the year, and even more to sitting down to read letters from friends and family. Some sneer at Christmas letters - I love them.
