VIEW ON HOEK OF HOLLAND

seen from the Zandmotor and of the Maasvlakte, a vast petrochemical industrial area.
Where Piet Hein and I explored the vast plain of sand. There is only sand, some wood thrown on the beach and shells. A stiff wind blew the sand to the north and although the sun did shine there were huge clouds in the sky.
We trotted bravely ouw way through it and came dizzy of the wind and the sound of the waves home.

My haiku:

Where the cry did came
From we could not find out
The ship bordered by birds

And the Turkish proverb:

Two captains sink the ship.
