Concert

After scrambled eggs on toast all round (Saturdays have become Egg Saturdays in our house) we all went to watch Alana perform at her music concert. We were right at the back so I couldn't get a clear shot of her so here is Louis. He took along some Lego to keep him entertained. The programme made an excellent tent. Alana did very well. She has a friend at clarinet who is also in Guides. Her joy at seeing Alana turn up is nice to hear about.

Spent the rest of the day sanding down wood and painting the bathroom ceiling. It's slow, slow going and I'm not too impressed with the paint finish. Let's hope it's finished soon!
