Home-made veggieburgers

Had a sudden urge to make veggieburgers. Quite impressed myself when, after not having used the burger-press for years, I was able to go straight to it AND I'd not run out of waxed discs to go between the burgers.

Used my own made-up recipe. Shall grill them now while our baked potatoes are cooking. Then probably open a tin of baked beans. Haute cuisine it isn't - but tasty nonetheless (I hope).

The price tag is still on the burger-press box. I see it cost the princely sum of £1.75. But that would have been over 30 years ago.
