Opera Window Views

If you were the real estate agent describing this view, how would you describe it?

Bloody awesome! Wish you were here? Water views? City views?
Smelly, noisy. windy, high traffic, no privacy BUT great new years eve views! Views to die for?

Anyway my weekly pic of the Harbour, obviously looking out to the Opera House with apart of the walking path that follows the harbour.

NOTE this is better in large, well the Opera house looks better!
