Special Delivery

This is the most important thing that gets attached during a stay in hospital. It delivers anaesthetic, "wake up drug", blood, plasma, glucose, hydration, morphine and other pain killers. In fact any fluid that needs to be introduced to your body is pretty much coming in via that there canula. It's the first thing they stick into you and the last thing they take out before discharge.

At least I only had to put up with it for three days this time.
