RE: REQUEST FOR STUDENTS' INTERNSHIP/ATTACHMENT:

In reference to our telephone conversation, I write to request your organization if you could allow us to send you students on both attachment and internship.
If it is ok on your part, then I will be sending you the names shortly. We intend to send 3 students on attachment and 3 on internship. These will be drawn from various disciplines of horticulture, agriculture and environmental management.
According to our calendar, the student attachment will run from 9 January - 3 February, 2012.and as usual it is assessable. Whereas the Internship programme may commence on the same date but will end on a date convenient for you since it is meant for those who have just completed their studies and want to be acquainted with work experience.
