DC on a chilly day

There was construction going on where the reflecting pool is. Otherwise, it was good walking around the museums, the memorials, the Potomac and the well known city sights. The evening ended at the Smithsonian museums.

The impromptu plan to go to Georgetown after dinner turned out well.
