Thirtieth Birthday Party!!!

Party Day - Happy Birthday Lola!!!

Things to do before the party at 4pm.

Take Birthday girl to work.
Pick up stuff at Supermarket.
Cook Ham
Make filling and ice and decorate cake that I baked last night
Decorate room
Boil eggs for favourite egg sarnies
Tidy house
Clean bathroom
Down town for balloons & m&s food
Pick Up GG and then back to the balloon shop as 1 balloon burst in car park
Set up food on table, make sarnies and display food nicely!
Get myself ready (only took 2 mins)
Wait on guests arriving . . . . . another balloon burst outside:-((

Here is a picture of 2 of the birthday girls oldest friends. Carina lives in Edinburgh with her 2 girls and she made the journey through, which made the birthday girl very emotional:-)) Kevin lives in Perth so quick trip for him.

We all had great fun, a nice family and close friends birthday party. Highlights were the cake I made (no one believed I made it), with candles that were compared to a flare gun!! And Ben, carrying through a packet of 8 cans of coke in his arms into the dining room from the kitchen. A weightlifter in training!!
