Thinking about Jemima Puddleduck

Beatrix Potter was so clever: although we're relieved by the end of the story that Jemima was spared from the designs of the bushy long-tailed gentleman at the last minute by wiser Kep, the sheepdog, we nevertheless can't help feeling that roast duck must be a very tasty thing indeed!
I saw this plate of herbs ready and waiting in the kitchen this morning and spared a thought for Jemima...
