Waters rising

The Thames is in full flood and the force of the water has taken this boat over. The power of the water is frightening.

I waded through water on the towpath where the river has burst its banks yet, bizarrely, we are not on flood warning.

The ducks were very confused - some were sailing down the towpath and stopped suddenly, looked around them and hurriedly jumped back into the river!
