There won't exactly be much of an air-gap between the wooden shed and soggy soil but there's a layer or two of anti-plant fabric pinned beneath this frame which will help keep what gap there is vegetation-free. These boards have all been slathered with preservative which should help in case the treatment applied to the timbers forming the weight-bearing runners of the shed is as sloppy as it looks. The platform should allow a little shifting back and forth and is not too strict on left-right placement to allow all the important bits of the undersides of the shed to have something sturdy to rest on, though this didn't stop the installation muppets from somewhat fucking this up when they eventually turned up to move the sheds from garden to platform, though as they had failed to attach the roofs it was reasonably simple for my dad and I to remove the roofs and shuffle the sheds into their proper positions. I'm far from happy with this but it's the best which I could do in the available time; there are a couple of spare 2.4m lengths of pressure-treated stuff spare which will come in handy in strengthening the sheds over the next few months.
