Hand made...

Kathmandu is littered with building sites of varying scales. Even in the 20 months or so that I've been here, buildings have sprung up with incredible speed. It still remains a labour intensive process, with women constituting a significant percentage of the labour force.

...and yes, she is mixing cement in an old oil drum by hand.
