Orchard - Six of Twelve

Happy New Year everyone.

This may be a strange blip to celebrate a new year, but it is the sixth of twelve pictures, which are being taken on the first of each month. This one was taken in the late morning and shows the orchard. For comparison, if you are interested the first five were blipped on the first of each month starting in August; they are also on Flickr.

This is an early blip for me as we are off to visit our neighbours at noon, to take food, wine and fuel. Although this is rather late in the day for first footing, which I believe is a Scottish tradition, it is something we have done since they moved next door to us about twenty years ago.
