Twas Night Before Christmas...

Normally by around 2:30pm the shop gets quiet on Christmas Eve and we lock up early and head home. Today they just kept coming. I think it was nearly 4pm by the time they stopped.

Got most of the prep for tomorrow out of the way. Potatoes and carrots peeled and chopped, sprouts peeled and sliced (yes, I fry them with garlic, onion and bacon rather than boil them!), giblets boiled for the gravy and turkey stuffed and dressed.
