Morocco Trip day 4 - Humans and rubbish

After being once again being woken up early we were given an hour to look around the market. I got a big snake thrust round my neck and only got it taken off after I gave the guy what I thought was about £2 - it was actually more like £20, Dimitiris was sold used telephone cards and there were a few other similar stories. We were then put in horse coaches by our guide and taken a tour of Marrakesh, the old buildings with storks everywhere on their roofs, a pottery then the new hotel district (very swanky).

We then took a few turns and ended up at a meat market, very nasty and hygiene was not known of. We then emerged at the rear to the picture above which was the locals rubbish dump in the river bed. The shocking part then came in as in the distance it was pointed out by the guide that there was children scavenging in the rubbish. And further in the distance was a shanty town where they and their families lived.
