Rockpooling at Birling Gap

In my wisdom I decided it would be a good idea to drive the hour to Birling Gap to take Yogi & a friend rockpooling... Needless to say we wrapped up warm, took spare clothes, hot chocolate, coffee, towels & blankets just in case!

We had a fantastic time even though it did decide to rain. The little guys Loved it, although they weren't so keen when the rain made the seaweed slippery! We found Winkles, Whelks, Muscles, Limpets and even an oyster. The favourite find though was the 'mnop' as J put it, once they'd found a few, 'anemone' was their new favourite word.
