Project 365 - Day 1 - Sky Lantern

New Year, New Camera, New Project!
I am really looking forward to using this project to get to know and understand all the fabulous things my camera is able to do and also hopefully sharing some nice pictures with you!
Trying to capture a good picture of the Sky Lantern just after midnight and the start of the new year was certainly a challenge with the wind and the champagne effect! I love this one the way the glow of the lantern is lighting up my husband on the right and neighbour to the left. Sadly the wind was so strong they did not fly more than a few feet so no opportunity for a picture of them in the sky.
