Decayed mouse

Our builder, Colin, had to cut a hole in the plaster board in the laundry to make access for the plumber and electrician. This dropped on his nose and made him jump!
We have since discovered that this mouse in cahoots with others has caused extensive damage to our wiring and lots of copper has been exposed meaning our electrician has more work that we were planning for. The usual with an old house. The cheque book is on the table, help yourself.
