Abstract Eruption

Just playing around with my little camera this morning because this may be its last blip. After talking to many people and looking at many cameras, my new one is being delivered today.

I had a really hard time justifying the expense right now, but my husband is so happy that I've gotten involved with this hobby, I couldn't refuse him the pleasure of supporting me this way.

I've always loved the way water moves. This is my attempt to create a faux volcanic episode in miniature. It could also be a mushroom cloud, but I'd rather give credit to Mother Nature. I do hope that nothing like this is happening in reality today.
