Bread dough

... if you make bread dough in the morning, and then forget about it - this is what it looks like when you remember. It was beautifully risen, and I did feel rather bad about knocking it back, however the rolls it made were divine, and we've carefully left enough to have bacon butties in the morning. Yum!
