The lad

He's trying to negotiate another chapter of his story. He's always trying to negotiate an extra chapter. Sometimes it works, if it's early or the chapter's really short.

Much was achieved today. I've put normal tyres back on my bike and put the tractor tyres on spare wheels so I can swap them over if it ever snows. We spend a good few hours tidying the garden. I did my tidying with a chain saw.

After all the hard work we lit a blazing fire and I settled down to sleep in front an Indiana Jones film. Great snooze film. Now that the weans are in bed it's True Grit.
