My Mum

At least once a week since each of them were born, Betsy and Al, separately or together, have gone to my Mums house, for the day at first, then the afternoon, and since they were at school, for tea. They love it there and she loves having them. They call her Oma, which is German for Nanna. She has more toys than we do, a beautiful dolls house, and endless patience for any type of game. She has an inexaustible supply of funny stories and terrible jokes. I wanted just a picture of her alone but that's impossible with Al around.

Went for a run today, first time in weeks. 5k, very slow, Old Skool.

Did lots of work this afternoon. Really enjoyed myself.
