and off we go!

ok, well not just yet, but I've been plotting and planning some of the fun and interesting things to do for 2012. I bought this book in 2010 totally fascinated by the maps, photos, adverts and writing style from 1953 no less!

It's really interesting thinking how much Swanage and South Dorset has changed in that time. So what's the plan you ask? well it's doing a 'then' and 'now' on the various photos in the book to see just how much things have changed. It's going to fun, I'm sure some places don't exist anymore and I'm going to have to hunt others down! Roll on Spring! Because I've got another book going over the East Sussex way that I'd like to do next...
