Peek-a-Boo!

I had an appointment in Brighton this morning and the weather was so beautiful that afterwards I walked all along the beachfront to Hove and back then explored many of the wonderful little lanes and side-streets in town.

Somehow I ended up at the Royal Pavillion and, never having been inside before, thought I would take the opportunity. I'm so glad I did, it was just incredible. I've been in some amazing buildings - palaces, stately homes, castles and Far Eastern temples - but this was the first time I ever gasped when I went into a room.
