The bypass

Driving up the bypass tonight I rested my camera on the dashboard and just timed a few shots. Obviously I did this when parked and made sure it didn't move. Obviously. I then merged several shots using lighten on photoshop, before flattening them and applying the shot of the Fiesta a second time and multiplying the result. That's how I did it. That's the technical way to make a picture that a five year old could probably reproduce using three wax crayons and some old wallpaper.

In other news I'm enjoying some fast internet courtesy of a friend of mine in town. I suddenly realise what civilisation is all about. He just suggested ordering some food to be delivered, and we could pretty much choose what we wanted. Apparently in them towns and cities there are often several fast food places that deliver. Only one will deliver to Newtoft, and that's a place that specialises in a variety of 'indian style' cuisines routinely soaked in liquid animal fats. I mean soaked so much it seaps through the carton, through the bag and onto any car seat it may be resting on, carrying copius amounts of artificial colourings capable of staining. The guy on the phone always quotes one price, then the driver hikes it up by three quid when he arrives. Cheeky twat knows that he can do it because he's the only driver who'll enter my little corner of Eden and therefore my only other option is driving. If I drive I get bright orange and red stains on the passenger seat, and no-one wants that.

Besides, it'd cost me three quid in my car just to turn the engine over.
