Stand absolutely still

I've been out the house a few times today but always left my camera so tonight I took a little walk around the block and tried out the long shutter function on my camera. I've never really used it before and obviously as you can spot from the quality of the shot I didn't take a tripod or stand with me. Mostly poor results but its one to try out again.
