Long and busy day at work today. In at nine and managed to write a lesson about custom text areas in Adobe Illustrator for my NC group tomorrow then go over the UCAS references I'd written for my second year HND students al before my first class at 11. Then it was solid teaching through until half four with a fifteen minute break.

Billie, who is doing the TQFE with me, was in the classroom for my final class before I was so I got a quick blip.

After I got home it was out to Taekwon Do. I was pretty stiff and sore this morning after Tuesday's session (the second day is always the worst) but all the running about at work had loosened me up a bit by the time I went to class so it was a good session.
