Having Hendricks Gin in the house is dangerous stuff. I have a bout two and a half litres of other gin, but I seem inspired to get through th eHendricks at a far higher rate of knots.
This has been facilitated by the discovery of this tonic water. It was recommended to me by Fraser from Amicus Apple, and I managed to track it down at Waitrose (apparently Oddbins sell it too). It's a wee bit pricier than Schweppes, but I won't be switching back. Unlike Schweppes it is made entirely from natural ingredients with no artificial flavours preservatives or sweetners and it shows. Personally I reckon it perfectly complements good gin.
