Old & Forgotten

This is an old barn in the City Of Bears - I like the wooden frame and I like the fact that it was built (originally) with wattle and daub - there are panels on the side of the building that show that. What makes me unhappy is that a great old building like this is being allowed to fall to bits.

Out for a walk today in weather that was "fresh" (and full of water). However, I do love to hear the wind in the trees and watch the patterns in the branches. And what I like best of all is getting back inside and sitting down with a cup of tea and good company. I think I ate too much Baumkuchen though.
