Regenerated?

I hate Mondays. After a great weekend - back to work. Not even any good photographic opportunties today, a quick dash out for a sandwich, past the regeneration zone to a regenerated zone.

I've been waiting to get this building for ages but the builders have been doing something to it for the past few weeks. Grouting the tiles maybe? Wanted to wait for a nice sky, but no better blips today. :-(
