Obvious?

It may just be the surveying pedant in me, but what else would I use in a toilet?

This sign is to be found in one of our local pubs and it winds me up everytime I see it. I know what they are trying to say - I think?!

I shall also claim this as the second in an occasional series of public convenience related blips.
