Muddy path.

OK this is the third time I've tried to upload this. I've had my PC blue screen, files corrupted and then the server timed out so what you get is a very abridged version.

Watched the referendum questions on the tele. Liked the way the debate quickly moved away from recognition of Burns. Hated the way Cameron mispronounced Tae a Moose - and quoted it entirely out of context. Lets face it, even if Salmond is a wee sleekit cowerin timerous beastie, Burns would go on to treat him with care and concern. In fact he went on to mourn the fact that the social union between man and beast had been broken. Not quite what DC intended I think. Still Salmond got his own back by offering him elocution lessons!

Anyway, the first image was much more interesting, but it needs lots of text in explanation. This is just a picture of the houses over the back of the fields in the village where we live. Remote and with a muddy path leading up to it, it doesn't look so different from pictures of Burns cottage in the 1820's. Still the political landscape is very, very different today.
