Walking into eternity ...

... along Sandymount Strand*

The morning was taken up with a shopping expedition for household stuff for Carl. We were in Sandyford Industrial Estate, spent a fair while there comparing and selecting and being blinded with salesman science. Carl did the deal, signed on thew bottom line and was told to expect delivery within two weeks (we shall see). My stomach had been complaining for a good bit, so when shopping was over we grabbed a bite in a coffee shop nearby.

We'd been in Carl's car, so I had to be left back to his place to pick up mine from yesterday and then made my way back home to my own place, stopping off at Sandymount strand for a bit of a bracing walk and some camera pointing.

The rest of the day was spent lazily (I seem to say that a lot after a socialising weekend -- I wonder why?), with some eating, some sleeping, some TV, some reading and some music.
