The Big Tent

The first visit to the Eco fair at Falkland.
This was lunch.
Smokies, or otherwise known as smoked fish, hot smoked in a barrel(formerly full of whisky), and boned. They are made by a company from Arbroath and due to a fight over the name Arbroath smokies, these could not be called Arbroath smokies today, as they were smoking them in Falkland. Isn't the European Union wonderful.

Learned a lot about sustainable living and soaked up a lot of personal Vitamin D.
Wonderful day and not bad company too.

Hitting the road tomorrow, but will blip on return. Lets be careful out there.
