Milk Shots

2years 100days

Katie doing a line of milk shots.

Today's been loads of fun. Katie had a nice play upstairs, pottering between my and her bedrooms before we went downstairs and she woke sarah up with Tots TV. She had lots of fun playing teaparties with Sarah before we set off for Church.

She's loving Church at the moment - because she sees the Cousins, because she's sees Jas and Jaden but also because she's having a lot of fun in the preschool Sunday School group. I took her in to the room and sat her on the rug and she was grinning, settled immediately. They made puppets, had stories, ate huge snacks and did singing & musical intruments. She was really excited to show me everything when she came out. She charged round the hall with Jas and Cousin1 after the service, stopping briefly to eat a crispie cake.

Us 3 and Vic + 3 all decided to go to Morrisons for lunch - it's a relaxed place, we dont mind the kids playing and its good value for good food. Works well for us! They had a lovely time. Katie sat with the 3 big kids (Vic had borrowed one extra for the day) on a table by themselves, right next to us. She drank a row of about 10 little milk cartons, then sat really well and ate nicely. They did then have quite an excitable play after eating! I so love our time with Vic and family, the kids are just brilliant together and we have a lovely natter. Lots of camera talk and photos of course, but so many giggles too.

She was fast asleep quite quickly after saying goodbye to them, and curled up on the sofa when we arrived in. We were planning on having a baking session today, homemade pizza and cookies were in the plan. Then I remembered the letting agent is coming round first thing ready to put this one back on the market. We're having soup with bread and cheese for tea instead now.
