A little bit of anarchy..

..we've been busy getting ready for the big adventure. My goodness two days in the wilderness and it takes us three days to get it together.

I spied this little bit of anarchy getting fuel for the car. Not exactly brand re-inforcement VW will be pleased.


We've also spent the day getting the food organised. it's all been made, portionised and frozen.

Breakfast - cereal and BB's rather fine rolls.
Dinner day 1 -Home made ravioli with fresh tomato sauce
Dinner day 2. -Vegetable fried rice with mushroom coconut curry.

Roughin' it we aint

I hear the weather's going to be terrible. We may be wet and tired but we sure ain't going to be hungry.....
...I just remembered - we nearly forgot to pack the expresso maker!
