I worked in this building once (some of you will be relieved to know that it's not near the station) and am very glad I no longer work there. Of the twelve people in the office there were two pairs not talking to each other. I was doing a job share and our boss was constantly telling me that my job-share partner was useless (she wasn't) then swanning out to yet another freebie lunch and not reappearing before the end of the day. To add to the enjoyment, the office I worked in was so cold I had to go to work in thermal underwear.

Redundancy was such a relief.

Since I spent all my time there miserably staring at the ground I never really noticed that it looked like this.
