Looks Good To Me

Quiet Day at Costco

Relatively speaking, of course. You can't actually see all the carts -- the rows reach to the far end of the covered entry.

I was tempted by these tasty treats I saw inside the entrance, where they put new items to entice you to buy. The seaweed is probably laver, harvested and eaten in Britain, Japan and Korea. In Wales it's cooked to make laverbread (which is not a bread). I remember seeing it displayed next to the cockles at the market in Bridgend. It's not a pretty sight-- after being cooked for several hours it turns black with a slight green tinge. My mother used to fry it in bacon fat. I wish I had some for tomorrow's breakfast.
